My review of Judith Little's Feminist Philosophy And Science Fiction: Utopias And Dystopias is now up on SF Revu. As the review makes clear, I was very disappointed in this book. It plows no new ground -- the newest story in the anthology was published in 1996 and most date from the 1970s -- and the supporting materials are uninspired.

Sounds as though she only included some of those "supporting materials" on the publisher's insistence. Oy, there's so much crap about SF out there: it's still enough of a "special interest" in academe that basic errors and oversights don't get caught as they would if one was writing about, say, Joyce.
