Agatha Christie's pink bedslippers

I've just listened to a delightful interview with Karen Joy Fowler, which was broadcast on KPFA yesterday afternoon. It's available here. (Link thanks to Todd Mason.)

Besides talking about her new novel Wit's End, some of the highlights of the interview include political discussion in the US following the Supreme Court debacle of 2000, Agatha Christie in mink and pink bedslippers, how email has sabotaged the epistolary novel, and her mis-taking feminist sf as "the living, beating heart of science fiction" when she first started reading it.
